Patti is working from home and I am busy social distancing at the beach w/13 year old black lab(Ebbie)and blind but spunky, always good for a laugh, Australian Sheppard(Izzy). The city golf courses are open for great respite and frustration with our best friends. Also there is as always plenty of yard work to be done. Jacob, Tracy,Angeleigh, and Nate seem to be doing ok in Colorado. I wish all of you the best of health happiness. What’s not to be happy about when you’re a Vanture!

We are all seperated! Sarah is in Chicago. She is working from home for the scuba shop she is manager of. Sophia and Rob are in Pakistan, teaching, on February 3 they welcomed twin girls, Lily and Nia. They are teaching in Pakistan currently doing eLearning. I am currently with them in Pakistan. Shahid (Shawn) is in Turkey. He is also teaching from home. Pakistan and Turkey are both on quarantine laws, we are only going out for necessities. Shahid and I are hoping to get to our home on Portugal. If anyone wants to visit our home is open!

Emergency room doctor is pretty sure I have it. Won’t get test back for another 10 days or so. I do a little on the computer because coughing gets so bad while I lie down. Cristen is taking care of me, but really keeps her distance and we swab down everything. Mail stays outside for at least 3 days.

The Original Vanture Family
Wow! So many of us! Solved a few mysteries as to who belongs to whom. Named my first son after my dad, Mike and my second son’s name Christopher, was inspired by a novel I was reading at the time. Never thought about the family connection until a few years later. Was in Virginia Beach for my brother’s wedding and aunt Carol Miller said, Ooooh, how cute. Chis and Mike!” as she thought of her two brothers.
